If your local environment falls outside the recommended humidity range, it is strongly advised to use a passive two-way humidity control system inside the case. These systems regulate moisture by both absorbing and releasing humidity as needed, helping to keep conditions stable. Widely available solutions, such as 49% RH two-way humidity control packs (e.g. Boveda starter kits), are well suited for this purpose and provide a reliable, maintenance-free way to protect your instrument. ### Upside down in its case The instrument is placed upside down on its case, grasping at the marked area.
